Hi, I’m Lora! I created Explore Corners to share my experience
in different places with the hope of inspiring others to travel
and helping others travel with more ease!
I’m currently focusing on Korea as it’s where I am based.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH MY SITE

If you’re exploring the site…

Under “Home” or “Destinations” on the top bar, you can see the map of Seoul and browse by district. Under “Destinations”, you can find posts of places that are outside of Seoul, too.

The top bar has several other menus, such as the “Lifestyle” tab where I put together some of my favorite items for travel and home, DIY ideas, skincare products, and more!

I want to suggest starting with my posts on different destinations. Keep in mind that my posts vary from popular areas to landmarks to restaurants and cafés. I hope my site inspires you to travel to Korea and see its beauty through your eyes!

If you’re using the site as a travel guide…

First of all, welcome to Korea! I am so excited that you’re here to explore this beautiful country yourself.

As I mentioned above, you can find information on different areas under the “Destinations” tab. You can also find travel resources on the top menu bar. There’s lots of information such as packing guides for each season, the best ways to stay connected, useful apps to download, and so much more!

I strongly recommend you to check out my post on 10 Apps You Must Download Before Traveling to Korea because there are lots of extremely useful apps. Among all the apps, I suggest you download either Naver Map or Kakao Map. These two maps work best in Korea (Google Maps or the map app on iPhones are not very efficient here).

The most important reason why you must download the map apps is that, on each post, I will be putting buttons that look like the ones that are on the right. This way, you can find the destination more easily! Just press on either the green (Naver Map) or yellow button (Kakao Map) depending on which map you are using.
